Introduction

My name is Casey Pardue. I have been blessed to grow up on the coast of North Carolina. I have always been intrigued by the ocean and it's animals and as I grew older I seriously considered making it my lifelong career. Well, here I am. Next year, I will be starting my journey to becoming a Marine Biologist. I am still unsure about which field I want to go into but I am siding with conservation and restoration. I would eventually love to start a non-profit project of my own. I had the idea to start this blog while writing an argument paper on Marine Mammals in Conservation. I have really enjoyed writing this paper, as it is a topic that really means something to me. (Don't Worry: I'll post my paper here whenever I am done with it) This blog will be my opinions, thoughts, research and personal experiences as I move along my journey to becoming a Marine Biologist.
